Our biscuits are made with a rigorous selection of ingredients, with a view to perpetuating tradition and promoting ancestral know-how: Stone-ground almonds from Provence for the macaroons, whole almonds for our crunchy biscuits and small spelt flour from the Plateau de Sault for the galettes.
