Black Nougat: French-variety ALMONDS* 54%, Provence PGI lavender honey 21%, sugar, glucose syrup, wafer paper (potato starch, sunflower oil, water), natural vanilla flavouring.
White Nougat: French-variety ALMONDS 30%, Provence PGI lavender honey 30%, sugar, glucose syrup, EGG WHITE*, wafer paper (potato starch, sunflower oil, water), natural vanilla flavouring.
Calisson: Candied melon from France (melon slices, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), ALMONDS*, candied oranges (orange cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, invert sugar, glucose, wafer paper (potato starch, sunflower oil, water), EGG WHITE*, natural vanilla and bitter almond flavourings.
